The
Carbide Deburring & Chamfering Tool is a rugged tool, having
only few parts, it does not require delicate adjustment or
handling, As the tool advances in to the work, spring tension
holds the cutting blade in the extended position and causes it
to deburr & Chamfer the front side of the hole. As the feed
bad against the work increases to exceed the preset spring
pressure, the blade retracts under-cutting as it retracts,
with the blade refracted the tool is free to pass through the
holes.
Only the crowned and polished surface of the blade contacts
the inside of the hole, during passage and will not damage
surfaces even as fine as 0.8mm. As the cutting blade emerges
through the back of the hole, spring tension again causes it
to extend and deburr the backside on the return stroke
